Spicy Cacao Slice

This is one of my favourite healthy treats!


GF, DF and very little sugar.


Ingredients:

1 sweet potato (peeled)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup of coconut oil (melted)

1/4 organic honey

1/2 cup of D.E.W cocao & beetroot blend

2 tbsp of coconut flour

1 tsp of bicarb soda


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Grate the sweet potato and blitz in a food processor until finely chopped.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potato, oil, honey and eggs. Add the cacao & beetroot blend, bicarb soda and coconut flour and mix together.

4. Line a small baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture in.

5. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
