Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup of peanut butter or almond butter

1 cup of coconut flakes

2 tablespoons of raw honey

1/2 a cup of cocoa 

1/2 a cup of flax & chia seeds (mixed)

2 tablespoons of coconut oil


Method:

1. Add all ingredients one by one into a bowl and together using your hands or spoon, mix until all the ingredients have bonded together.

2. Form little balls with your hands and put the balls in the freezer for 1/2 an hour and then put in the fridge.

3. Eat later that day or the day after.
